This collection was inspired by a dream of an arrow piercing a heart. Upon waking, I realized love pierces us, yet we still dare to love deeply. I added the spikes as I prefer a heart with a bit of "attitude" for women like myself, who have a bit of punk rock in their soul and dance to their beat. The spikes on the back of the heart are blunted and are comfortable against the skin.

I love wearing the stud alone or pairing it with another AK earring in my second or third hole: the spikes give the classic design a wrinkle of attitude.
